The best wigs. I’ve tried lots of wig companies and none compares to UNice

there hair is alright but they lie and say that it takes 48-72 hours to be shipped but I have been waiting a month and it still is processing. I’m so done with this company and how much they don’t care after receiving the money from their customers. Count me out I’m not ordering from here again!!!!

I was trying to order new bundles of hair . I decided to get 22 , 24 , and 26 . I then entered my card information thinking it was save into my account . I wiped my phone off and by me wiping my phone off , I paid for something when my card was locked ( frozen ) they bypassed a frozen card and was able to take $214.76 from me . When I went to go try and cancel , all it kept saying was “ only pending order can be cancelled “ . I took it as far emailing my bank ; telling them what happened . Due to maintenance issues going on I have to submit another request 6am eastern time . I just want my refund , that’s all .

Nice app. First time user of the app and I’m not happy. A little difficult to navigate if you ask me. Say you want to remove something from your cart, it won’t allow you to. I have to literally go to the website online to remove item for it to be removed from the app. Then what’s the point of the app?????? Always read the reviews and not just the good ones. I always start with the reviews that are 1s and 2s. That way I can decide if I should or shouldn’t. If there are more than 3 bad reviews that say the same then, then that’s the NO for me. Also the fact that’s they will put the low price with a certain inch of hair but when you go to make the same pick on it, it’s actually not the same price. Please stop using the short inches prices in the beginning with a different length. That’s false advertising. What made me mad was them not having the wig in stock. How yall in GA but the wig coming from china??? Like I see a lot of comments saying the wigs are cheap and don’t last long. The amount of money yall charge for a wig to fall apart that easy is crazy to me. I might as well hit up Amazon.

All these positive reviews can’t be true I ordered a wig a whole month ago and paid for express shipping I did over it until today then I purchased a 26 inch wig I have 24 in they won’t refund me the difference from the inches or the express shipping And please customer service is a joke u can never get your issues resolved no matter how they screwed up!!! Everyone that works for this business needs to take a class in customer service Including the BUINESS OWNER!!!

They contact you everyday, even if you opt out, they just use other numbers. And you can’t turn off notifications from them. I tried and the toggle switch just would not move. From reviews their wigs seem nice but the company itself is annoying and does not respect privacy wishes
