Easy to use, great app.

My biggest complaint is that new features that are released in the main product are slow to be updated in this app. 1. UniFi released a feature allowing you to unlock a door for 10min, 1hour, indefinitely as a drop down right from the unlock screen. However it took months for that to be updated in this app forcing you to only be able to access it in a browser. 2. Now they released this intercom reader with ability to issue QR codes to visitors, but not on the app. You must do it from browser and it has been out for several months. Most people use the app to administer. Please get feature parity.

Had it installed/recommended by installer - numbers so small can hardly read and with the glare of the sun forget it - the small inreadable keypad is anything but user friendly.

App crashes on startup, tried all the usual fixes. Looks like the app is dead until Ubiquiti gets a fix out.

App immediately crashes immediately after clicking the icon on the Home Screen. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help at all. Unfortunately, using the web interface is the only other option; the web interface for access isn’t usable on mobile, since the sidebar section isn’t visible.

We’ve been successfully using this app with our platform for a couple of months; relying upon it for door access. Ubiquiti software development team’s quality assurance is apparently so horrid, that the app now suddenly crashes after the latest update, making it totally useless. Now we can’t remotely access videos, login credentials, or access logs. What a piece of junk.
