App is buggy

The app no longer supports the print function, and there is no convenient provision for error reporting other than through these reviews.

Notification ball doesn’t clear on iPad

While I like the app overall, the notification ball doesn’t clear from my Apple devices, despite my clearing all messages and notifications I can find in the app. I also have an Android phone, and the notification ball appears to work properly on that device.

Works Great

Works great for info about my community. No problems in more than three years of use

Works Ok, but buggy.

The app is useful for my purposes. But there are still bugs. I will get a pop up saying that I have a new message but then I check messages and there is no new message. I’m always afraid I’m missing something important. Right now, the app is showing “4” on my homepage. What does that mean? I have 4 new messages, or I’m signed up for 4 activities? Neither of those are true. I have no new messages, in fact I deleted all the old messages to try to get rid of the “4” showing. I am not signed up for any activities. I tried to delete the app and redownload but when I logged in again, I still have “4” of something, somewhere, hidden from me.

Great concept, terrible performance

The app features are great, but anytime you click to open something, it just spins and spins. Hardly ever loads properly.

PLEASE turn off the sound

I have my phone on MUTE, all notifications turned off, and it STILL plays a musical tone when I log into the App. PLEASE PLEASE TURN OFF THE SOUND. I’M SURPRISED Apple let this into their store. Thank you for listening… I hope!

Not up to par

No way to sign on if you forgot you password. Tried 10 times to get an email link Nothing. When I open the app it just asks me to sign in so I must have signed up at one time. Deleting the app does not allow you to sign up again just wants to have you login. Not helpful N

Limited utility, and usefulness.

Limited utility, Very difficult to read any small print because items cannot be expanded to full screen and if expanded, cannot scroll down to the bottom. I wonder if the programmer ever sat down with a user to find out to make it useful. I cannot recommend it except if you are desperate.

Worked until recently

It won’t open. I just get an error message. No idea what’s going on. Very frustrating!

Pretty good for the priceI

I find the app very useful for staying in touch with the daily activities and menus. If the various features were fully utilized by management at this facility, I would probabbly love it!
