Very poor
Apps not opening at all, continue trying with no luck.
Fix it
The app is currently experiencing technical difficulties, causing frequent network drops during money transfers. Fix it.
Wallet transfer not working
I’ve tried to do wallet transfer through the app and also through the website both of them don’t work 👎

Not possible to change mobile
Mobile number old and I can't change it! I visited nearest branch and told me will be change in 2 hours but nothing happens yet.!
No option to change registered number
The app is inconvenient as there is no way to change your registered mobile number without actually physically visiting a Unimoni outlet.
Currency
Not all currencies are available for all countries like Iraq. There they use Dollar not just Dinar.
