This app is worst, it won’t allow me to generate bank statement, face ID is not supported except you type the password. Please you can do better

Could have given Union360 4stars but after Biometric setup; then logout; option to login via FaceID won't show up. Fix it for a smoother login experience, can't keep typing my password.

For pass 3 months now I can't generate Transaction Receipt, that option is not working and the Bank feels less concerned, how can a Business Person survive with app you can't send proof of payments to your associate

I don’t understand o, why is it difficult for this app to open, is just blank and still minimize back

Very unreliable app. If you needed a life saving procedure and need to make cash available, trust me this app will FAIL YOU, you may die as a result of your inability to access your own money to save your life. Old bank old systems Old ways🥲

I find it difficult most a times to make transactions with this App i have been trying to login for the past two days but all to no avail,i have contacted customer support for two times yet there is no solution.I think Union Bank has a lot of buds to fix.

The app is wonderful and very fast, easy to navigate.
