Don’t ever loan in this app they keep on getting advance or auto debit even if its not yet your due date!!!!!!!!!

ud bank has no customer service number for us to reach out to specific concern once you sent email automatic reply will be sent but the resolution or answer to the concern is not entertained even how many weeks had passed still there is no reponse in email USELESS!!!

I have tried to log in to this app a handful of times already. However, no OTP is being sent to my number. I also sent an email to their support but to no avail. That was a few weeks ago already. I tried to contact their landline but I just wasted my time since no one was answering.

The support is very poor! I have a loan which I have been paying monthly and they always deduct from my account a week earlier than my said due date. I just missed my pay out for a few days and yet these people already endorsed my account to the collections team without even properly contacting me to settle my bill first. No consideration whatsoever! The collections team is horrible! I will never use this app ever again.

No OTP is arriving this is frustrating! I want to pay my open credit but I can’t log in!

hindi maaccess app n’yo. isang beses lang ako hindi nakapag hulog sainyo pero pota kinain n’yo buong sahod at 13month ko! grabe kayo!

The only option I have was ro add a time deposit acct instead of allowing me more options to add acct such as my existing UD loan acct so I can monitor it. It’s stupid

App works well, interest rates are some of the highest in the country, free transfers by Pesonet and Instapay.
