I updated my iOS to 17, app is crashing every time I launch! I cannot use it at all. Please help and update

The bank still in 2005 So don't bank with them

Now sharjah gvt did not stamp Visa,when we try to creat new account by online they need visa copy.I don’t have visa now,only EID.please update

How do I recover my username?

This is the worst bank in uae anybody can ever deal with, I have been requested and following up for a liability letter for more than 1 month now, still every time they are giving the same reply you'll recieve it after 2 week. Please do not trust this bank and their customer servise representatives. Zero rating for them from my 2 years of experience with them.

The updated version released recently is very user friendly with biometric login and other user friendly functionalities. Bill payments are so easy with the updated application.

Worst service, couldn’t log in on app although I log in on website

Why you don’t add the finger print to log in? It will be much easier to access it. Also I believe the features looks very old and need to be updated in a friendly use way.

Your application is a very low quality and unprofessional application, users can’t even find “forget my password” on the log in page, how come? I can’t save my password on my passwords list for iOS users, other bank’s application much more flexible and highly secured. What you pay what you get, you need to find a better apps developers than current one. I am going to change my bank because of your bad app.
