Always get an error “no accounts available” when trying to report an outage. What’s the point of this app?
Well, the app was working until about two weeks ago. Will now just sit and spin at the login page without advancing further. Am using FaceID to login, and even back to putting in the password manually. Nothing. It was a good app for keeping track of usage on a day to day basis.
Is it really that difficult to set this up for people to schedule a payment for a date in the future? Nope! EVERY other utility and credit card on the planet has integrated the ability in their apps and on their web sites; why can’t you do it. Let me help. Today is Sunday and I want to schedule my light bill to be paid a week from today. I open the app and log in. I then select “Pay my Bill”. I’m then greeted with an input box to enter the dollar amount to pay or select from another box the amount due on my account. Now for the really cool part. I can then select a date to have that payment post to my account. Maybe it’s a calendar that I tap on a day on the calendar. Maybe it’s another input box where I type in the date I want the payment to post. Sounds pretty darn simple. It must be. Everyone else has managed this amazing technology. Maybe you can give it a try. I’ve seen several posts online asking you to add it to the website. Let’s see if you read this and think about doing some little thing for your customer. Let’s see.
Very easy to pay my monthly bill
