An absolutely amazing app that does everything you may wish for from an app like this - except maybe buying extra features from inside it as opposed to having to go online. A very good guiding feature, up-to-date info on waiting times, and generally pleasing to use. Cool!

gutted i want to buy tickets for the parks on the app and i have tried several different ways also deleted and reloaded the app several times and it never shows you the ticket prices it is just blank useless so will have to purchase somewhere else not through the app

Queued for over an hour to get in the car park (it took 2x longer than actually driving here).

Avoid at all costs, over priced, over crowded, zero care about customers

Being able to see wait times at a glance, browse menus and dining options was fantastic. Our favourite feature is setting alerts on wait times, we set a 20 minute alert on Minions Blast and it was accurate. We also set a 35 minute wait and 60 minute wait for Velocicoaster and Hagrid and it notified us for that too. We noticed that wait times were often much shorter than the advertised times so felt even better.

Used this app for several years and on the whole it’s mostly still on top form with the recent update. Apart from the fact that in the ‘Dining’ section several of the onsite hotels and their restaurants are now missing. Why? Please bring all of this missing info back ASAP.

Downloaded this app to help us plan our holiday to Universal Orlando Florida. It gives you wait times for the rides. You can book reservations on this app. It’s everything in one place. Very good idea.

Forcing you to order food at the leaky cauldron from this app instead of going to the counter like Disney made this a frustrating process that we almost just gave up and walked off. The table number didn’t work and staff had to help me and another customer. It would be much better to order from the counter. Please reverse this change. I do not want your app.
