i recommend this app for anyone who suffers with mental health. it’s helping me a lot.
This is a really cool app. It uses methods I recognize from actual therapy sessions for (generalized) anxiety disorder.
This is an amazing app and thank to unstuck I’m able to journal with their guided help and try and work on my cognitive behavior so I’m happy that they have a program to let people use their app for free if they fit the criteria needs because it’s been helping actually and I’ve only used it five days but still I am able to have a different way at challenging my thoughts as they are happening which is nice
The prompts are clear and concise. The layout is perfect. It’s a wonderful tool to use in your mental health journey and I recommend it to everyone I see.
Thank you to the amazing team at Unstuck for allowing me to use the app for free! It helped me to process some heavy emotions and thoughts that I’ve been facing recently and ultimately has changed my mood and made me appreciate my accomplishments a lot more lately.
Journaling has been useful, I can see the patterns in my thoughts that make me anxious. I’m able to train my unconscious mind’s automatic response to not be so catastrophic but instead accept my symptoms and look for ways to have a productive day in spite of. I’ve been responding better, it’s a process.
I find this app very helpful especially when experiencing some feelings and thoughts I don’t yet know how to process or understand. Thank you to the developers.
App is well made and frequently updated, with a rather intuitive interface. I think someone who enjoys writing journals or diaries regularly would also find this app excellent. You’d gain the most benefit if you’re diligent in putting down your thoughts and just being more mindful. Also, you can have it send notifications to remind you to add entries periodically. If you’re lazy like me hate typing on the phone, I recommend using Siri dictation.
I really liked it before it went on the App Store. I liked how the AI talked me through what is probably going on in my head
I absolutely love this app! It is straightforward and easy to use, and is very effective. It does everything it needs to. Plan to incorporate it into my daily habits!
