Do not refund the money
Scammers! The organizers simply stole all the money that was on the bracelets. I had about 300 dirhams left on my bracelet, after the end of the festival I sent a letter asking for a refund, they replied that they would return it in 2 weeks, it has been more than a month since that moment and now they simply do not respond. Do not put in any amount more than the amount you want to spend, they will not return anything to you! Also, at the festival, everything costs 5 times more than it actually is. For example the cheapest water is 25 aed!!
