Constantly under maintenance and always crashing. Seems like it’s getting worse with each new update
Can not set up mighty secure because when I go through the steps and I need to enter my card pin there is no keyboard on the screen so I can not enter it. And without this mighty secure I can not do a lot of things, like doing payments.
No spending reports at all. Transactions made by apple pay don’t show up in app. Really poor compare to other top individual online banking apps.
FIX THE LAG PLEASE
Not useful on iOS 18
Lousy app which many features are not working properly. You put fix deposit. Good luck. Can deposit cannot withdraw immediately. Need to go to the bloody bank to queue. CEO took all the high salary like Elon Musk. Go back to Mars please
you will always have problems using the app or your card when they are doing upgrades. so you cannot book a taxi, make payments or do anything. you will be left stranded outside at night. complete idiots!!!
Could not use it for 2 weeks as SMS OTP needed a reset in branch. Statement apparently generated but not visible yet. Not easy to see what I’m supposed to pay minus the waivers for fees incurred because I couldn’t even login or use alternative payment methods. Amex Cards can’t be paid using AXS. Would stay far away if I could.
Only bank giving this error with the new iOS
I am staying overseas so had to register my overseas number with the Bank. Previously I was able to receive OTP through SMS but after some update I was not able to receive any. This matter was raised in March 2024 and to date there is still no resolution. My side telco already advised the Bank to route the SMS to the right path but still no news or update as to the status of the resolution. Absolutely no communication. The customer service guy called Kanapathy replies are useless and gives me the impression that he is artificial.
