Scam app. Takes away votes. Trash

They advertised that the KWDA Girl Group Popularity award winner would receive a trophy on stage at the awards ceremony. Well, it didn't happen. They robbed the fandoms and did not fulfill what they advertised: having the girl group, UNIS receive the trophy on stage. UNIS received their trophy, but the KWDA & UPick just handed it backstage. After the awards ceremony, the girl group's popularity award winner was never mentioned in any news articles that they won this category. It was very unprofessional! Claps to their Upick CEO, who showed up on stage but did not present the Girl Group Award trophy. 👎 Low credibility at its finest!!!

Fans are willing to gain jams through watching ads, buy pink jams and all. Yet this app couldn’t give the winning artist the chance to get the right PROFESSIONAL exposure and experience they deserve! What a freakin scam! All those sleepless nights, money, blood’n sweat and tears all for nothing!!! So cruel! I’m so devastated as I try to make time to vote and trying to do my regular day in the real world. Never in my life I was so dedicated to vote online for a Kpop group yet this app treated them like a “nobody” and that hurts so deeply!!!!! I believed Koreans have intense respect but where do you apply this when this app operated by Koreans can’t even apply that to their fellow Kpop participants. The DISRESPECT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GUYS! So disappointed! I hate being negative!!! It’s suppose to be a celebration not devastation but what’s done is done. We, fans, can move on but we’re forever traumatized and we will never forget only forgive. ☹️💔 All I can say watch our artist flourish and get the attention they deserve soon, ya’ll gonna beg for their appearance next time!!! Mark my words!!! 🤞🏻🙂🧿

We worked really hard and a lot of money was spent to get an award for our group but the award show came and went without our group being able to receive the award or make the speech. All they got was a shout out and received the award later. This is not what happened in years past and is like spitting in the face of fans who were waiting for them to take the stage to receive their award. There are also a lot of technical issues with voting, getting votes, etc.

OMG I LOVE THIS APP, I always like to encourage and support my favorites and when I knew that it helps them and makes them happy and supports them, I voted for them and wrote sentences encouraging them I just downloaded this program for ZEROBASEONE 💗✨✨ I love them Soo much

A FRAUD APP! BASICALLY YOU CAN BUY VOTES ON HERE WHICH IS UNFAIR AND NOT RIGHT.

This app makes honest voters watch tons of ads just to be able to earn AT MOST 1200 jams a day to vote, but then allows others to BUY votes by the tens of thousands or even 100,000+, making all of the voting truly illegitimate. If votes can be purchased (especially in bulk, exceeding what could ever be earned in a day by a normal user) then the voting is fake, and a scam at the end of the day. At the end of the day, artists winning an award through U-pick are winning the award based on how many votes their fans can BUY and not how many votes they have actually EARNED.

Now this app does not truly represent artists’ popularity but rather whoever has the most money who can buy an award. Completely shameless!!
