Password security is too much and doesn’t provide correct info If your password is less than 10 characters it says password should be 10 characters or more. Once you fix that then it says password must contain digit and special character. I feel they should put a label next to password so that user understands. And what is the access code? I entered 4 digit number and it didn’t allow me to sign up. They should also put info about access code.

Well set out. Accessible. Helpful. Easy to use. The App allows access to exercises, videos, and explanations for a range of well being techniques.

I might be biased but this is my favourite mental health app. The skills are really practical and have helped to feel better and cope with stress. You can book a coaching session and the coaches I’ve dealt with so far have been professional and amazing. Great app.

Our employer recently set this up for the whole team and it’s a great app. Helpful modules and direct contact with a psychologist. Love it

The app doesn’t work. Once you finish answering the questions, it goes off. It only collects data (probably to be sent to the employers) and it doesn’t actually work.
