About P&L
In profit and loss your app need to updated . While opening P&L repots can see so many. If one stock in a financial year can show profit or loss , how much . No need to show to many results with one stock . Other than that all good 👍.
Bug
Multiple time I need to click on buy and sell then only next screen come , plz check
Share not reflecting after the merger or demerger
I think Upstox don’t have functionality to show stock which will credit after demeger or stock split For example AARTI IND stock was de merged into AARTI IND AND AARTI PHARMA After de merger stock was credited to my account but it was not showing for 2-3 months after I raised so many complaints customer support executive understood the issue and stock started reflecting but like a dummy one What i mean by dummy one is I can’t see stock price avg price current value and all other parameters I really felt choosing upstox as my investment partner is huge mistake as i am not sure when upstox can remove any stock and I can’t track it from app
App deduct money from bank but never show
I used in app system to initiate money request, which I completed successfully from bank side. But money is not reflected in app wallet. Upon inquiry, they said no money request was made. Such a loot. Not only that, upon asking give me the reference number of in app money deposit request, they deny. Don’t trust this company.
Buy not working
I cannot buy, and in the old Upstox that’s working fine i can buy.
No customer support
I have two brokers apps and private bank demat ac for more than 3 years comparing with other Upstox was not giving important to customer and very bad experience and app has lots of bugs and so many issues are coming from day to day we can’t get help for customer support very bad experience with the app. Please improve it soon or we have switch to another platform.

When I tap on mutual fund it’s showing me it’s coming soon. It’s a pathetic experience
