URBN Jumpers - Parkour/Freerun

Looks cool but after you close it and open again the app doesn’t function.

It worked the first time, But I close out of it and then a couple hours later I opened it again, It said Uh Oh could not load this page and it has a loaded for me sense, So one star. 🫤

To start, the app itself is great and has great potential. The layout is great, and the videos really help (when they work). The only reason I out two stars and the only thing holding this app back is the bug that makes nothing work when u reload the app after the first time. Please fix this I really really really want to use this app!

The app is great but it won’t load after I opened it the first time

Everything looks great and exactly what I want in a PK Spotter App, besides the fact that it doesn’t load after you close it for the first time as others have said, fix this and your app will be amazing

I like this app a lot. But the latest version can’t seem to access the pictures on my iPhone, so I can’t add new spots.

What seems like a minor bug ruins the app. To submit a spot you need a photo, but opening photos crashes the app and signs me out. Please fix this.

I want to use it but why can’t you add a skid log in

I created an account and found some nice spots near me, then after quitting the app and going back in later, nothing would load, it just kept saying “oops, try again.” This happened every time I opened the app after the first. I deleted the app, reinstalled, and created a new account and I got the same issue. The first time works fine, then every time after that nothing loads. Please help.

Firstly let me just say that I love this app. I have been training for five years and love how I now have a tool to train in new environments and mix things up. I think that this is a great start to a product that will become a common name in the parkour world and be used by pros and beginners alike. There are not only spots and pictures of training locations, but challenges and moves to learn (which is such a good idea) in addition to being able to post training clips. That being said, I am hoping that some things could be improved to make URBN jumpers a bit more user-friendly and personal. For example, an update on the location service would be really great, as often I am not able to use my current location for spots when out training. Also the UI of the app can be a bit difficult with zooming in and out of the google map, and tapping on spots is sometimes difficult when they are grouped into the blue bubbles. I would love to see a description feature when creating a new spots and maybe even a hotel or air bnb finder so athletes on the go can look up places to stay. I am thankful to have such an innovative and interesting app, and hope to see some changes that will make a phenomenal tool even better.
