Ако искате да си заемете паметта на телефона с нещо глупаво,проблемно и неразбираемо как и защо ти взима пари,това е приложението за Вас.Локацията на автомобила съм я задал.Закупих си някакъв ваучер за 10 лв,който никъде няма обяснение за какво е и има ли смисъл от него.Вместо да ми плати паркинг на локацията където съм паркирал и където самото приложение зададе за колата ми,това чудо на интелектуалната Бг IT немощ ми плати на локацията на телефона,а именно капанчето на плажа?????!!!!!!Ваучера си стои с лев по малко и ми брои за час,което се обезмисля ако трябва на всеки час да влизам и да взимам лев от ваучер за да платя паркинг на телефона си.Подминавайте смело и търсете паркинг чрез Google maps.

Paid in 15 leva for vouchers and despite location services being on it kept saying location services not on or searching for coordinates even though they were on as the next category shower where exactly I was located but there was no possibility to get any active parking. And then there was no option to refund the money either and so the money was completely lost. Terrible app and terrible service

I logged in all the details then the app Juat crashes, very difficult for non Bulgarian mobiles to pay for parking !

I was using the app from the August of 2023. I’ve faced with 3 serious errors during the period. The first one happened when I just installed the app. The process of buying vouchers went wrong and my account was not charged. However, three payments from my bank account were done. The issue was solved after messaging to the support. The second issue raised due to not restricted characters for number plate. I’m foreign and my number plate has specific characters absent in Bulgarian alphabet. The parking service’s personal couldn’t recognize my payment and I was fined. The fine was returned when the parking service was asked. Only there I could to know what was wrong. And the latest case I was fined due to the app showed me wrong state. I was confused by message that I’m currently out of working time and can’t pay for parking. But when I’ve returned to my car I found that I was fined. The support provided an exclusive solution to close the app instead of the minimizing. The perfect solution that users should keep in mind when they’re using the app and are in a hurry.

The application on the 14th iPhone Pro Max doesn't work at all. When buying a voucher, the program constantly knocks out, it is impossible to pay for parking.

App is great, the only problem you can not pay upfront Please add ability to pay for the closest paid time. For example on Sunday you cannot pay for parking for Monday, you have to wait until working day starts and pray you will not forget to pay in 9.00, because you will already get a fee at 9.20 Please also add ability to pay for more than 1 day even with price per day, for example for a week with cost of 5 working days
