Please fix bugs as often as possible. Why isn’t it possible to subscribe through the app, isn’t that the entire point? Sometimes I leave the app to check something and when I come back it just stays on the loading page. Maybe background play inclusions would be nice as well. And please make subscriptions through the app possible not only through the website. Even the website is bugging when I want to login with my google account.

As far as the battles go, some of the highest quality battles in the last decade are from URL and for the 7.99 I believe it is well worth it to be able to watch them. But because the app is so terribly optimized, sloppy updated I have a hard time wanting to continue to be a subscriber. Many times not all battles are uploaded to is respective event / collection, meaning you have to go find the full card for an event online, and hope that the URL app’s search feature can find it (more often than not the search will bring back no results) or scroll through the entire list of battlers to try and find the battle, but then sometimes they are not even on the battlers “page”. It’s also insane there is no PIP feature to be able to watch battles and respond to a text, view social media, or answer an email. Recent updates have started becoming so memory intensive that it will heat my phone or M2 iPad up and cause the app to crash. At first I thought it was from poor programming and memory leakage, but it’s started using so much memory I can’t help but wonder if URL utilizing their subscriber’s processing power for some crypto mining or folding process. For the “worlds most premiere battle league” an app with this many issues is unacceptable. If I were rating on the quality battles alone I would give it 5 stars, but the app has become borderline unusable and my rating has to reflect that. Hopefully one day they can get it working functionally and I can restart my subscription.

This app is missing a few small simple features like being able to cast it to my tv…. Sometimes it just loads and loads and never connects

How do you care so little about your supporters that you have all these 1 star reviews and you do nothing to fix it. This app and website have been messed up for years. How do you expect people to show support when you scam us with these fake 5 star reviews. The worst part is there is absolutely no way to contact customer support. It’s literally a scam

Make it so I can be on my phone while I’m on the app

Everytime i try to login in on the website or app all it says its error occured . Customer service dont fix ya problems from reaching out . Gotta do better with the app and its crashing or it aint worth it
