Very good app that runs smoothly and feature rich. I can message Customer Service through this app and always get a quick response. So far I've never had any security issues with it. Keep up the good work USB, and thank you for keeping up with smart phone tech.

Review
Can’t reset password without calling in and can’t lock account if misplaced card for a moment. Have to call in for account number. These are all things I can do with my other bank. BUT- When my mom died - Union Bank had the kindest heart and gave me access to the insurance money quickly. also access to my income tax. Every time I call in, customer service is very nice. When I go inside the Bank they ALWAYS take care of whatever I need. I have moved out of state and still use Union bank because of their customer service!
