I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max from UsedPanda for over AED 3,000, trusting their positive reviews and reputation for excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Shortly after purchasing the phone, I noticed lines appearing on the display, which worsened over time, especially after a recent iOS update. I reached out to their support team and requested a pickup for inspection and repair, as the device is still under warranty. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has come to collect the phone, leaving me frustrated and worried about the service. I am now deeply concerned about how long the repair process will take and whether the issue will be resolved properly. This delay and lack of timely support make me feel deceived and regret my decision to purchase from UsedPanda. I expected better service, especially after investing a significant amount of money and trusting the reviews. I hope UsedPanda improves their customer service and addresses issues promptly in the future.

I bought iPhone 13 Pro from them At first I didn’t notice any issues But later I found out the screen that supposed to work on 120 Hz running on 60Hz what so ever Moreover the battery status says it’s 100% health Then again to figure out that they faked the health of the battery because it’s draining within 2-3 ours And probably it’s some copy brand battery And no reply on emails as other people saying So stay away from this and buy a new device at least you know it’s all original
