Downloaded per the instructions on my endoscope brochure. Says no camera and throws error codes that don’t provide any help when searched online. Don’t waste your time with this app.

I purchased the camera through Amazon and lost the piece of paper with the password and the company has no way of communicating a default so the camera is now useless.

It worked fine the first time. The second time it detected the device and then lost connection forever. Don’t waste your money.

I have an iPhone 14 Plus. It worked great, ONE time. Now , just like many others, it says it’s not connected when it is and the light to the scope is on too but no picture.

Just got it and didn’t work on my IPhone

I have an iPhone 15 and it has never connected. I’ve installed and reinstalled the app multiple times. Never got the window to agree to communicate with the device camera. Pfft. Returning promptly. Note that this the second type device that I’ve tried with the same results. I’m done.

I don’t understand the two star ratings. It’s a decent app for the usb microscope. It’s not intuitive how to use it, but with some quick experimentation, it does exactly what I needed - to connect to the microscope and display images. Taking pictures and video is a bonus.

This was a complete waste. I have an iPhone 15 and I can see from other reviews that people have the same problem. When I plug it in, it doesn’t even acknowledge the camera when I go to the app. It doesn’t even have an option to allow my camera access, complete junk unless you have older versions of iPhones

The camera worked once without any problems and was actually very clear. Now the app stopped working and it won’t connect to the camera🤷‍♂️
