UserTesting

I have problems using this app and the service. You have to register via the website to create an account. This app on App Store and Google Play is just used to do test for phones. Mainly most of the test will be on the computer. For me, it took a few days to get verified and then around 19 days to get my first rated test $10 ones. It’s important you follow the guidelines as stated, plus always aim for 4 stars and above rating to get more test given. I hope this review helps for other new users who are willing try UT.

Been trying a few names and it won’t allow me to. Is there some restriction that I don’t know of?

I try and then it say something went wrong…i try So many times…please let me know if there anything can help me

It just keeps saying something went wrong when I try to create an account. There’s nothing wrong with the user name or password as it turns red when that’s the case, I made sure multiple times.

The reason why I’m giving this app to stores is because the only payout option is PayPal if they do not add another option like cash app or something other than that, I will be deleting this app

Be instructions on how to get everything set up or not as clear as it could be or as user-friendly as they should be. so overall, everything is still up in the air as to whether or not the app is worth it and or is going to work to give me a little extra cash.

This is a great way to make an extra $50.00 a week for dinner and a movie. I’m so glad I found this app.

The UserTesting app is easy to use and interact with. My one wish, concern, “if I had a magic wand” would be to have the ability to complete the screeners for all tests on here, even though some tests are for scheduled, live interviews on a certain type of device or the screeners to qualify and then go get on a desktop or laptop. That ability would be a great help to me.

Can’t even do the real tests because the practice test button won’t work
