UserZoom Surveys

This is the worst. It asked to continue with study. It takes me to the app and then it takes me a white screen with circle going around and around but nothing happens. This is the worst app I have had experienced. Needs to be fixed

I've used them a few times now through Swagbucks surveys and other then pictures never fully showing up for some weird reason (usually they're cut off by 30% to 50% which is a pain when you're doing surveys since they'll disqualify you just for looking at it funny) i've never had any issues and was always rewarded. FYI to anyone who hasn't used them before or doesn't know what they are they're a survey hosting app meaning a company or person can use them to make surveys then invite people, they're NOT a survey app where anyone can go on there and just use it to do surveys, the only way you can take a survey with them is if you're invited by the survey maker. Just wanted to add that because a lot of people in the reviews seem to think it's like Swagbucks, Prizerebel or something like that.

iOS updates every year and all the other usertesting apps seem to do just fine. Userzoom on the other hand.. fix your app!

This app keeps logging me out of the UserZoom surveys with intellizoom

Why hasn’t this issue been fixed? There have been so many complaints over the years about this issue and it still persists!

Please fix your servers. They are always down.

Thank you so much for making me rate a bunch of Rent-A-Center websites and then sending me pack to my survey panel with a disqualification. That’s sarcasm, and you’re the worst.

I’m so frustrated with this app! I love doing tests, but many times I start and then have to lose the test entirely due to it freezing.
