So many times complained during videos, but still have not solved the issue! While seeking the video and going back for 3-4 sec, it changes some format and the written comments by authors don’t appear and only sound is playing!
Uninstalled and reinstalled after restarting the iPad and still facing the issue! It’s been more than a year and still no change in the issue!
Second and most importantly the app is not user friendly!! After watching one video, can’t click “next” and have to go back and the MAIN VIDEO list screen appears and again have to SEARCH where you left watching! This is so time wasting useless exercise and unfortunately no-one listens!!
Doesn’t work on 12 inch ipad 5th generation
Very good app but doesn’t work on new ipad. Is there any chance it will be fixed? Just bought 2 years subscription PS after a while it finally works

Lost connection
The contact button in the app does not work. Every time you loose internet connection it will stop the block. Seriously, my subscription ends in months, not in minutes - let me read the question even if there is bad connection.
Website eats macbook battery rapidly, but it seems to be ok in chrome.

Tell me please, where is button “create account”? I can find only login and password, but it’s for users who are already registered.
The update is bad
It works badly, unstably; it hangs every 10 minutes. And it requires to log in too frequently when I’m in the middle of doing my block of questions.
Many questions when I click “Show Explanations” hangs of this App. And nothing can help! And there are many questions I can’t choose the answer because the button doesn’t work despite I can do it with another question.
But the bank is excellent!
