If I could give it a zero, I would! It’s so inconvenient 🙄 not user friendly and the previous way of topping up through Banks app is so much more affective and straightforward! With this new app, I always have to retype all card details in and have to remember or not down a new meter number 😒

I entered the correct password but got error. Then try again with the same password, can access to account. Sometimes, I cannot access to the Report tab. Please fix the app

Useless cannot top up by BAIDURI account directly. Need ask house owner to buy top up because he don’t know how to use the online.

Not really user-friendly. UI design is outdated. Don’t have access available in iOS like Face ID unlock or app notifications. Why not include widgets so we can easily check our balance?

The new app is more work and less convenient than the old system. Before I can just pay with BIBD. Now I need to remember a new login details and every time I pay I need to enter all my cars details because the app doesn’t remember anything. Also only 1 person can pay because it only uses my number. Before anyone with the meter number can pay via BIBD.

Why do I have to log out to be able to top up?? Why can’t we just top up while we are logged in?? And why can’t it remember our log in the whole time so we don’t have to keep logging in??? Should follow the imagine app style and would have made our life so much easier.
