The app is horrible. I have paid the fee, but the services are not active. Profiles of players overlap.

UTR is reliable and the main source to get into a good college. I hope UTR keeps expanding.

This app is bad. Really painfully bad. I downloaded it to be able to sign up & get info for pickleball tournaments. However I can't add partners, I can't look up friends, I can't even look up myself to check brackets. I also can't look up bracket results, or even what time brackets start. There is nothing about this app that is helpful or that I like. Please try harder.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It is buggy, slow, unintuitive, impossible to navigate.

It’s so good

I purchased the UTR-P so I could get individual ratings for our club when new people joined but many people don’t understand 1-10 rating. Plus sanctioned tournaments USA Pickleball are not submitting to UTR-P but to DUPR. This doesn’t make any sense to me.

My app keeps popping up with an Error message saying, “A circular dependency was detected for the service of type” Any idea what this means?

Anytime I try to post scores, it won’t let me and displays an error message! Not sure why the developers haven’t fixed such a high priority bug yet. It also takes forever to load. I honestly do not understand the good reviews. May be they are talking about a different app?

nobody is accepting my play .

I signed my child up for a weeklong tennis camp and paid the full camp fee ($463.99). One week before the camp start date, I received an email that the camp was canceled and a refund would be issued. I have emailed UTR multiple times and still a month later have not received my refund.
