Everyday, sun rays (UVA/UVB) generate free radicals in the skin. One of the main factors behind the formation of dark spots, which make the complexion less even.
'UVmeter' will tell you UV Index at your current location.
It helps protect you from UV exposure by providing an hourly UV forecast for almost anywhere in the World.
You can see recommended protection, required equipment, sunblock information, sunburn times and UV max time.

Doesn't work
In Russia, Saint Petersburg it shows that UV index is not available for this location :(

The application does not show the level of uv :-(

Simple clear uv meter but it frequently said no data was available.
Doesn't work in NZ
I don't normally buy apps from the App Store but thought I'd give this a try. It could do with some work as it's always on 1 when it's a stunning day and I know it should be higher.

Middle of summer in NZ at 1pm with clear blue sky and 25 degrees Celsius and apparently according to this app a UV factor of 1! New Zealand has highest UV in the world and it should be somewhere around 10-14! Waste of $1,29.

It will be very nice, if could be merge with temperature, barometre and hydrometer app!
One-trick pony, but does that one well
Elegant, helpful information about UV index and recommended precautions for current location. A+. However, lacks ability to check for any other locations. This prevents me from using this app to guide packing for a vacation, for example. This is a deal-breaker for me, but only taking off one star since they don’t claim to do anything beyond current location.
