Trouble signing up
I can’t even sign up on the app!
Poor customer support app doesn’t work
Have been locked out of app. Get error messages. Customer support is useless. CS tells me app is in BETA and is being discontinued. That was months ago but app still available in App Store. Hoping App developer sees this and addresses.

Initial setup will not create profile because of network error.
Absolutely no IT support
App worked great for three months. Started getting error messages and IT has not responded for the last three weeks.
