VA: Health and Benefits

I’ve been using this app for 2 months hoping the detailed claim status will eventually work. It never did. It is such a pain to log into the website when the app should work. I would not recommend this app.

The app is helpful when it works. To often does it give and error message that it is not working right now though.

This app makes finding everything you need easy. Most importantly finding your meds and communicating with your Dr.

Have not Ben able to see my claims for months. Continues to say contact VA for support to fix the issue….still not working.

I couldn’t feel better taken care of than I do right now be the VA and community care team.

It is very easy to reorder prescriptions thru secure messaging to my primary care provider. Now get back the sign in stations

When checking appts all of the information is available for who is the doctor and what it’s for. Some appts have this info while others don’t .

Overall, the app is good for many things, but one of the most useful features, viewing and managing appointments never seems to work for me.

The Va. has been a big mental health help to me I have a great medical doctor
