VACU Cards

The update in the App Store has been trying to update for days. Keeps circling. Remains pending and never finishes the update. Yes, rebooted phone, etc. It’s a bug with the app. This is also on the brand new iPhone Pro so it’s not the phone. Also, this was a poor choice for an app when the regular banking app would have made more sense to use. Why a separate app. All your banking with this credit union should be in one place, not 2 seperate places. Also, brine has had numerous issues with logins not working, etc. But forced to use this app to get your credit card paid.

This app doesn’t load properly. It lags every time I log in. The feature of locking your dbc and unlocking it doesn’t work. You have to continuously close out the app and reopen the app. At least 4 or 5 times before it actually works! Not to mention I had my card locked and a fraudulent transaction was allowed to go through but turns out they never locked my card even though it showed it was locked.

I will be closing my accounts. I cannot access nor pay them. I call and keep being transferred to different people to tell me the same thing. I’m tired of these apps not working.

This app is the worst. Freezes in the middle of transaction and it doesn’t have too many features. I have to restart my phone in order to start over.

This app doesn't mention the name of the merchant! It only has an address or some other name so of course I thought every transaction was fraudulent! At least put the name of the company! I don't know street addresses! And to top it off, every Apple Cash transaction is named Infinite Loop?? Why??? This app didn't even let me dispute those transactions; it wasn't an option! I am deleting this! The only reason I got it is because I received an email asking me to sign up to manage disputes! You don't read messages daily in the regular VACU app. so I thought this would be quicker! Deletion!!!

I wasn’t able to login or reset my Password. Had to call. Very frustrating! This app needs a major overhaul it is worthless!

What is the point of this app? This could have been put on the main app can’t even order a new card. Always have trouble logging in. So stupid and pointless. PUT IT ALL IN ONE APP.

horrible idea the absolute worst piece of technological "advancement" ive ever had the displeasure of encountering. Wasting good money for this silly idea, that whoever suggested should be immediately removed from employment 🧐

It is odd being on my iPad and being forced to use an app in portrait mode, as I often times keep my iPad on my Apple Keyboard (which keeps my iPad in landscape mode) which makes this app not very usable at all there.

I’m totally in agreement with others who have down rated this version. The previous app was very customer friendly; this is far from it.
