Do not trust this company

It’s decent enough for basic usage. I do find it really annoying that it refreshes back to the Home Screen, every time you move away from the app! Think the worst part was trying to get a smart meter installed! Multiple cancellations on their side. A couple being last minute. Each to their own with the app. Apart from the constant refreshing, I don’t find it the worst to use.

After leaving my premises they carried on charging me for 7 months then refused to give me my money back. Managers refuse to come to the phone if you have an issue and the customer service is rude and unhelpful.

Was worried after seeing reviews but so far so good.

This app would be brilliant if it works but it very rarely does. You need a code to log in. Codes only seem to be sent during working hours. Occasionally you’ll get the option to create a passcode to log in quicker - this never works. Have my bank card info stored in the app for payments. Nope, doesn’t work; have to enter the details again every single time. What is the point of being a predominately app centred company with an app that doesn’t work?
