Never use this service, i ordered a taxi and there was price like 34$ but after arriving they got 53$. Really? Because the driver changed route and chose longer! And support receive only calls where you waiting all your life.
It doesn’t work the payment method and it’s impossible to use the app, fix it!!!!

I had a very good impression of the ride last week. Driver was polite and help my friend who is a handicapped into the back seat of his taxi. Both trips forth and back were great!!
Tonight it insisted on payment before booking, but it rejected my payment. I booked Uber instead. Uber accepted my payment. Previous time, it picked someone else up and drove them home. Leaving me stuck without a ride. Yellow Cabs used to be better than Uber. But in 2024 it leaves you stuck in limbo, walking home or getting a competitor.
When trying to get verification code at sign in I get stuck in an endless captcha loop. Useless
Got taxi today morning in Vancouver for YVR. Great service by dispatcher/call taker to arrange quick taxi with best driver Y111A. Highly recommend to call yellow cab company. Paul.
They also have support phone line at night for booking or service ;) It’s very good
