I appreciate the recent update to bring it in line with the other magazine apps you have. However, it is extremely difficult to read. You have to zoom in the read text, which makes moving around on a page difficult. It seems like each page is just an image, and the app is not really setup for reading text.
Completely ruins the experience on iPad.
The worst digital publication app ever developed.
An beautiful yet elegant monstrosity that routinely locks subscribers out and constantly requests payment for editions already paid for.

Easily subscribed to VF via AppStore so I can access articles on Twitter. It’s proving difficult if not impossible. Days spent negotiating with online customer service with no result. Ready to cancel.

The iPad app is terrible now. Upgrades should be an improvement, not harder and clunkier to use.
I used to love reading the magazine on the app but am finding it too small and frustrated with the fact it is the same as print format i.e. the end the article is pages in but not easy to get to. Please fix!
The app is absolutely infuriating and it went from awful to unbearable (when you think it could not decline any further), with the chopped layout of photos and miniature text, mislabelled pages, no interactive features etc etc etc. I gave it 5 years. Had to cancel my subscription in the end.
