Vault22

The app keeps loading, I couldn’t register my profile.

Since Vault22 took over from 22Seven it’s been horrible. Login screen keeps loading. If I manage to log in my accounts don’t update.

Since 22Seven rebranded to Vault22, I can barely ever login. The website and app just buffers and after a couple of minutes returns to the login screen. Once in a while, on the app, when I successfully login, non of my accounts show anymore. When I try to access my profile it just shows “this widget is not available”. It used to be an amazing app to use. Quick and easy, without a fuss. Now it is unusable.

This used to beat wonderful app but lately it is a complete nightmare and support is non existent. Always told they're working on it. Takes forever to access and bombs out most times before even entering the app. The web interface is even worse.

I have used 22seven for years and since it changed to Vault the app rarely works . I have again not been able to log on to the app for a week now! What is going on,it is a serious step backward

I’ve been using this app for a number of years now, and have enjoyed and found it useful. The rebrand has not been impressive and there are extensive bugs and glitches in the Vault app. To name a few … sometimes I can’t login to my app, and if I click on the drop down on a budget category it collapses the entire budget. It’s been a poor experience so far.

Ever since 22seven became Vault22 things have gone down hill with this app. It used to be perfect. But now transactions are not pulling through automatically. I constantly have to try to get my FNB account to sync; can’t add accounts from PPS investments or AlexForbes. I haven’t been able to use the app properly for its intended use in weeks. Really disappointed.

We were so excited to start using this app but the registration page is broken. Asked support via email and no response has been provided yet. This app sounds amazing wish we could have assistance to use it!

I can’t even create an account, it keeps loading non stop. I even changed my device and it still didn’t help

This app glitches a lot. I really liked it in the beginning but I can’t use it for my main budgeting tool cos it glitches far too often. If you do not log in for a while, you have to restart the process of loading your account and linking your accounts even though it has already been previously downloaded.
