I have been working out for almost 10 years now and I’ve tried so many different methods, workouts, online and in the gym, this is the only one that gives me the results I’m looking for in less than one year: long and feminine figure, athletic and defined. It also makes me feel challenged but never drained and I always can’t wait for my workout and never miss a day of Vilma’s schedule. She guides you through every single move so you can engage the right muscles in the right way and do not waste your time working out. Really recommended!

I found in Vilmaliz a really professional Pilates coach. She teaches Pilates fundamentals step by step, taking care of explaining how to do the exercises to involve the right muscle, giving you strong bases to bring workouts at higher level. My sensation was that the proposed method helps relieve stress and it is great to break invasive exercises routine.

The programs are amazing, I notice how my body change and became strong and my muscles are sculpted!

I purchased yesterday so my review is short in time. But the wo is wonderful but it’s tough and the mean time it’s funny. I love this.

After joining the method, it only took a few weeks to see definition in my abs and my legs as well. I can now top into areas of my body I didn’t know they existed and I feel much more comfortable in my skin. Vilmaliz is such a motivating, competent and precise instructor that I have no doubt you will find the program truly satisfying.

I recently joined this app and love it! Vilmaliz gives good cuing in her classes. She is also very responsive (especially on social media). I look forward to seeing amazing results from her classes. Live classes are upcoming on the app and excited to join those! The app is fairly straightforward to navigate through.

Pilates and weight training is a dream combination and VB Method is exactly that! It's allowed me to finally engage my deepest core muscles and I have more abdominal definition and strength than ever. I feel amazing after VB Method workouts, I look forward to it every time :)
