Veepee by vente-privee

На устройстве iphone 8 пропали все заказы,запросы на возврат доходят до veepee пустыми,хотя я отправлю текст и так же прикрепляю фото. С появления этой проблемы я обновила приложение 2 раза, проблема так и не была решена. Я не вижу ни одного своего заказа, «ошибка при загрузке страницы» и так же не могу оформить возврат. Очень плохо

Très déçue… Après avoir commandé une piscine hors sol bois via Veepee à Habitat et Jardin en mars, le délai annoncé d’un mois pour la livraison a été reporté d’un mois donc à fin mai. Nous sommes fin mai et visiblement ils pré vendent les piscines alors qu’ils n’ont pas de stock puisqu’on vient de m’annoncer qu’on ne peut toujours pas me donner de délai, la commande étant en cours de reappro ! Vraiment pas correct pour les clients 😡 En attendant ils travaillent tous avec mon argent (5000€!)

Très bon site si vous n’avez pas de problème de commande. Le jour où cela vous arrive, je vous souhaite bon courage….
