I am using this app from last 4months and constantly there are issue while uploading the images of meal. It takes ages or dont go at all. Kindly find a permanent fix

I was persuaded to take a PCOD management plan for a year where I was committed about multiple services. I was told about getting a care manager assigned who would be there to assist me with customised diet plan and would be available to suggest me with alternate food options if I was going out (CUSTOMIZED). Once I enrolled for the programme, neither the diet plan was customized according to my lifestyle and access to resources nor I could find a care manager who was professional. I was promised a diet chart of 5 customised diet plans every month. In the very first conversation I was announced that a diet chart would continue for 3 weeks. Then I was told that the care manager would be accountable for nudging me everyday for my exercises and would enquire about my diet. No such thing happened. Instead, I was the person who was nudging the care manager to look into the pictures of my diet and suggest. It was so disappointing that within 3 days of enrolment, I had to raise a request for refund. Despite that, they kept me hanging for more than a week only to get back with the resolution that they would not refund me but assign me a “senior most” care manager instead. Veera health fooled me and took my hard-earned money of 25200. The most upsetting thing is that this company is supposed to help out women. Instead they are just fooling customers. I would highly urge other people to not fall prey to this gimmick. I have all the proofs, all the mail chains, please do not fall prey.

This app doesn’t work.

-Care manager’s only want you to upload meal pics os they can give you generic feedback. -after specifying time and again that I don’t prefer sweet food, 85% of the items on my diet plan were smoothies and sweet dishes. -diet plan included dishes that would take up a significant proportion of time to cook despite stating that I work full time and don’t have tome to cook different meals for lunch and dinner. -after the first connect, there’s no way for you to contact the doctor. -doctor did not take my symptoms seriously on the first connect. She chalked my hormonal belly upto gas and bloating. -they deem your pcos as a lifestyle condition (big mistake) and then try to treat it with redundant fad diets. -oh and the workout pdfs they shared, the links to the videos never worked. After telling them so many times they just didn’t care.

I joined the plan 6 months back. I was told you get doctors whenever required which I didn’t get. There were many a times I wouldn’t get a revert on the app. I lost only close to 2-3 kgs. Doctors wouldn’t be available and I was being asked to consult a doc nearby. Why was I paying for it 4K a month just to go and visit a doc nearby. I wouldn’t have taken the subscription. Big mistake!!

Worst experience!! I feel so bad for investing my money for nothing. Sales team had promised that there will be a personalised fitness coach who will provide workout chart and later just asked to work for 30minutes. Diet they mentioned it would be from our kitchen where we can balance our palate. But I have to spend so much money in buying the provision and time to cook it. Asked for refund no refund policy. I have seen multiple other platforms but never like this one.

Care manager isn’t available most of the time, in a month they take 15 days leaves apart from usual sunday, Diet plan aren’t shared as per perfectly, in my diet charts they have mentioned eggs 4 times a week and I’ve specifically mentioned that I’m a pure vegetarian Care manager don’t share doctor’s prescriptions on time, I’ve been there for 4 months and there is no sign in recovery so far, I can’t just blindly follow the medication if it is not working at all after 4 months When ever I request for doctor appointment and book the same, I receive multiple calls saying doctor isn’t available at so and so time Worst app

This app is like having the best doctors and health care experts by your side 24/7. You get all the care, help, assistance, and solutions a PCOS woman needs to manage her symptoms. A must have for every woman who’s ever been diagnosed with PCOS or is experiencing unusual symptoms.

Really prompt at response. A well organised app with adequate information and assistance 💯
