I don’t get it . There’s like no accessories no nothing from the company. They’re very limited. You have to look outside to the sources in order to get what you need but then if you upgraded or modified in anyway they don’t cover you or something I heard so it’s a shame they have more accessories. The app is just basic and it won’t even work with my bike. I don’t understand why. I have the nomad 1

I just bought this bike last October When are you going to fix this?

Does exactly what it should do.

There was a recent app update that improved the app greatly. It added more features. Initially, it caused my bike to not to be able to connect to Bluetooth or even power on. I was very unhappy. Within 10 minutes of the problem I received a phone call back from from customer service. Regie provided textbook customer service. They tried to help me fix it. They contacted me every day. They told me they wouldn’t contact me on the weekend. They followed up with every commitment they made and puzzled through the software issue. Everything runs great and I enjoy the new features.

Is not in the options to pair my bike???

The discover 1 is no longer an option to use on the app

This app doesn’t pair with the Discover 1 ? What happened?

I can’t connect my Discover 1. They used to have it last year(2023), but now it’s not there. Only Discover 2 and other kind. How come??

It just doesn’t work. Not sure what’s the purpose of creating an app if you’re not keeping it up to date.

This is a bare bones app that works well enough for basic functions. The real trick is getting the app to pair with the bike. After many fails, I ended up deleting the app, had Bluetooth forget the device, then shut the phone down. I turned the phone back on, downloaded the app again, (make sure location is set to ‘always’ and enable notifications) and finally got them to pair. I hope you all have better luck with yours.
