Download the Vélo’v officiel app and access to the 4 000 Vélo’v and 348 stations ! Enjoy a new experience of bike-sharing and ride in a total freedom!
Ride a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with avalaible bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a Vélo’v » and pick yours!
At the end of your trip you receive a notification on your mobile which confirm that your bike has been properly returned and ask you to share your experience with the Vélo’v users community!
For a year, a day or even a trip: find the plan that suits you!
The Vélo’v officiel app offers you the choice between different plans. The first 30 minutes of each trip are always free. Your credit card payments are secure.
One plan, several users
You can borrow up to 5 Vélo’v simultaneously and invite friends to discover the service with the Vélo’v officiel app. Holder or not of an annual Vélo’v plan, you can buy up to 5 short-term plan in one transaction!
Get rewards
Participate to the service and its improvment by evaluating your bike at the end of your trip, report a default to the technical service in the app or turn back your Vélo’v in a bonus station.

WARNING: You cannot park your bike at night
The worst system you can imagine. Station are always full when you want to leave the bike. The company is only here to take your money and do not care freeing up station at all to improve the service.
Ne fonctionne pas
« Erreur » quand on veut libérer un vélo, cette application ne sert à rien
Plutôt satisfait
2 ans d’utilisation, je suis satisfait. En revanche le système d’étoiles n’est pas vraiment représentatif je trouve, il faudrait que chacun puisse noter les vélos.

Ça marche jamais
Ça marche jamais que ce soit avec l’appli ou les autres moyens. C’est vraiment une daube infâme.
Déconnexions récurrentes
Déconnexions récurrentes avec impossibilité de se reconnecter pendant plusieurs heures voir jours, c’est usant quand on utilise l’appli dans ses trajets du quotidien
Bon système mais applis qui beug
L’appli a été codé avec les pieds, ça ne fonctionne jamais quand on en a besoin
