If 0 stars was an option I’d give it that.

Each time, I need to find a working station while driving from one to another . Now, the app shows that I’m charging from three stations, which isn’t true.

Have spent nearly an hour messing about with this app trying to get it to work at Center Parcs :(

Error occurred every time I tried, thought I’d top up and try again , but decided not to after reading the other reviews

Has this app ever actually worked for anyone? Pay as you go never works. When you top up wallet the money leaves bank account but it doesn’t show in wallet.

This is the single worst app I have ever used to charge my car! I had been double charged as you have to pre pay a set amount on the app before plugging your car in. Then there was continuous issues with the app connecting to the charging station so I couldn’t even charge my vehicle! The help line is useless as they are only open Monday to Friday and no reply on emails either. Added a heap of stress onto a weekend that should have been relaxing. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have only given this app one star because it is impossible to give fewer and still leave a review. This is without a shadow of a doubt the most useless, most infuriating App ever created. It does not serve its basic purpose and the repeated need to enter every element of your personal details each time it crashes is like a living nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Asking me to try again later with zero further details isn’t acceptable when you’re trying to charge a car…

Opaque charging structure may vary by location. I paid 44p per kWh , not bad for a public charger (22kW). You have to add money to the ‘wallet’ in the app from credit/debit card or possibly order an RFID before using. The charger I used worked fine.

4 empty charges wouldn’t let me use my cards told me to download the app didn’t work after registering tried PAYG no good told me I could top my wallet up judging by the reviews I didn’t trust it delete the app probably won’t use it again unless they make it possible to charge on octopus energy or Zapmap
