The worst app for transportation. What an embarrassment for the city of Chicago to have such a horrible transportation app. Whoever made this app is probably in 3rd grade. Buggy, bad GUI, and wrong information. I’d expect an app like this to be in a 3rd world country.
This app is garbage
Getting double charged now because of this garbage app not being able to figure out a geo-fence solution for not double charging me with a day pass at Lasalle blue line station. Pay for daily passes, go to Lasalle, and every other week my account dips into negative balance more and more. Today the effin account is suspended because of this garbage technology. Absolute joke.
Trash
My day pass stuck in queue, have to pay cash in the bus
Zero stars
Trash experience. Constantly have to authenticate bc I’ve been logged out. Payment methods never work. Hopefully someone at Ventra is reading this and has the juice to do something about the worst app I use daily.
Doesn’t work
It never worked for me.
one of the worst apps i’ve ever used
would steal money from me, turn off my student discounts, sign me out of my account, would never let me report problems. horrible horrible app.
Scam
I have payed for a ticket like 6 times now and everytime I purchase a card it says Error but then it continues to charge me for the card without giving it to me. Litterally stole 60 dollars from me and now I have to call my bank to dispute this garbage because this app is dysfunctional.
Just buy a ticket or pass in person and save yourself the headache of using this horrid app.
Worst Transportation App
Been forced to use this awful platform for the past year. Have had nothing but issues with it and have also had duplicate charges, problems with logging on, Apple Pay not working it is a joke.
Keeps showing only outbound
Change stations to inbound. Shows nothing which is wrong. Bugs.
Horrid
My husband and I both have accounts. Neither one of us can access the app. Requesting new passwords required contacting help… they’d get back within 24 hours, this after trying to reset passwords online. Wait for email that never comes.
We take trains, subways and buses in multiple domestic and international cities with no issues.
Hometown Chicago….. awful!
