I down loaded the NHS on last Saturday and have I have created an account successfully. The same day I got a message from NHS informatics / IT suggesting my account didn’t belong to me having shared all my personal information. I have deleted and redownloaded loaded the account but am getting no joy here . What could possibly gone and there isn’t a phone , some people be excluded from this because of the NHS’s inability to use the system themselves. This same for the EPic app systems. Why yer yo roll out these innovations but you have the money and no IT specialists and IT professionals who can effectively not only help patients with any difficulties in case of emergency for patients who can’t speak. I thought it was a good way to take to the next quality improvements strategy.?
