I would like this company to send me a couple new cameras that work or a refund. The color is off (purple) on both. Login and hit record. Then to find out it stops when you go into another application. Or you want 2 cameras to record at the same time…you have to have 2 separate accounts to have 2 cameras recording in sync. The PayPal purchase for iCloud doesn’t work at all. Then you can’t take clips of video because it will say doesn’t support, then if it does it will go all whiteout or blackout. Can’t clip it anymore after 1st clip. What a waste of time, energy and money. I would not recommend this camera, app, or spending $100 for both cameras. Especially when we’re trying to do a YouTube video. Thanks
Great Product with a couple of bugs
I love my vivitar versa cams! One works perfect but the 2nd one I can’t get it to pick up the SD card & it’s not allowing me to buy a cloud purchase. It has a PayPal option & I have PayPal on the device I view my cameras from, but it fails every time I try to buy a package.
I’m going to call the company BC there is at least a phone #, which nobody can complain when there’s customer support.
Now, it won’t work outside of my house but my phone doesn’t anymore either. It’s like they slowed our internet speed down.
I really can’t complain about this product as it’s just the one camera that won’t let me purchase a package from the cloud or read SD card.
App issues
App will not let me set up account.it requires certain info and the background is white and the virtually non existent writing is all white so I cannot complete the registration. I deleted the app and started over and it still looks and operates the same. So , since I need the app I can’t use the camera. I’ve used Vivitar items before with no issue. I really cannot give a good or bad rating because I’ve not been able to use the camera , only the app which is not working. I’d like help with this issue.

I bought 2 days ago but its not connecting WiFi I setup 4 to 5 but still same issue it’s give me headaches

I purchased this camera 4 days ago and let me tell you, I need a doctors appointment now. It gave me anxiety ! Has not once joined the internet much less come on, it's just cycle you go round and round thru the same issues not once making it work, it's rather inexpensive but no one like throwing money away. Now the hassle to stand in line a return it. Why sell faulty gear?!
Versa cam Is a flop
At first I liked but then it started acting up, didn’t like that , and when I wanted to start video taping it didn’t stay video taping and seem inconsistent.

I would give you a Review but I have had nothing but trouble I deleted the app and trying reloading the app now it is trying to charge me I certainly am not paying anything for this much trouble I would give it a one star but I don’t think it's that good

I have had it for 7 months and only record I have so far is me setting it up and walking to the next room and it quit recording and saying no connection every time I have used it.

It worked good for about a week and then after a software update I can’t view the device or just the camera settings automatically automatically logs me out the app
