Verse By Verse Ministry

I am a recent convert, I trusted Christ as Savior on 10/27/2023 at about 9:00p.m. and he changed me instantly. I prayed and asked Yahweh to lead me to teaching that wasn’t fleshly, flattering or men pleasing. Stephen Armstrong reminds me of the pastors of my prior church which is two hours away from where I currently reside, I didn’t come to know the Lord there even though the pastors were faithful to expound the scriptures being led by God’s Spirit. I made several false professions at my prior church not intentionally, I just didn’t see myself as a rank sinner. It took the death of my only biological daughter for Yahweh to arrest me and get my attention. The Lord led me to a book titled, “Advice for Seekers.” by Charles Spurgeon and after slowly reading this book the sovereign Lord allowed me to genuinely exercise saving faith.I pray regularly that the Lord will lead me to a local church where I currently live. He is faithful.

Been listening for about a year. I think I’ve found a way to get my grand daughter into the Bible. Everything has to be electronic for these youngsters today.

This is by far the best Bible reaching out there. Pastor Stephen and Pastor Wesley go through books of the Bible verse by verse. My understanding of God’s word and life has changed drastically!

I’ve been a Christian for almost 20-years now. This study renewed my pursuit of truth. I’ve learned so much in such a short time. Going through Matthew now. It’s going to challenge you and have you re-thinking some of your beliefs ( in a good way ). God Bless.

These line-by-line / word-for-word expository studies are a delight. I learn something new from each of them. THANK YOU for ❤️time, effort, love and commitment to producing these. Writ large, these are definitely flourishing ~ farther than you think ~ nourishing The Body. TY. God Bless You.

This app is the bomb! Pastor Armstrong is an amazing teacher. He teaches he doesn’t “preach” When I’m stressed, I listen to him and fall asleep in no time. I re-do the Lesson the next day. His creation study, lit a fire in me and debunked the nay-sayer scientists. He has his notes out line where you can follow him as he makes all his points. Or you can just listen. On you Tube he has videos on several of his studies too. Sad to say that Stephen Armstrong is no longer with us! I for one am sad about that. But I’m sure he’s with our Lord and Savior.

These studies have the best quality teachings I have found. The teachings are engaging and interesting with great depth of understanding. And the additional written information is a definite plus. I found Stephen Armstrong and Verse by Verse last year. I was so sad to hear he had passed away. I am very grateful these trainings have been made available to the public and VBV ministries continues to put out great studies. I will share to as many people as I can.

Words cannot express how meaningful these studies are. I literally cannot get enough. I am so hungry for the Word of God, and the more I get, the more I want. Through these studies, I have learned what it means to live with “eyes for Eternity”.
