I am getting the same error message that birthday is wrong when there clearly isn’t a slot to put it in! I noticed this same problem is #1 on reviews dating well past a YEAR AGO! What gives?

That’s wat is said wen I tried setting up my account via app even though there was NO birthday slot to even fill out !!! Seems like everyone is having this issue Crap!!

I cannot even sign up because it says invalid birthday format! It doesn’t ask for a birthday!!

I wanted to check my balance and can’t get back into the portal... It keeps flashing error with birthday error.., What do we do?

It won’t let me sign up after downloading app. After filling out all criteria, it’s says error ...that my date of birth is wrong format. It never asked me for date of birth. So now what???

Same issues as Clunc. I get an error after typing in a password, it states invalid birthday format ??

When trying to sign up, I complete the 4 fields. Name, phone, email and password. After hitting signup, it give me an error telling my my birthday is in the wrong format.
