1. Smiling thumbs up emoji and maybe some other variants of it such as sad thumbs up or angry thumbs up. 2. A mixture of 👹and😈 and some different versions of it. 3. Make an “erm actually” nerd emoji(basically nerd emoji pushing its glasses up the bridge of its nose). 4. Mix 🫥 and✌️
