App won’t let me move my ada. Support is hard to find a contact for and no response. Beware.

What’s is happening I just updated my app and it’s been blanked ..I closed the app to reopen and it haven’t been opening ..it’s been 30mins now ..what’s wrong

Vespr is a great wallet! But ever since the update, the app keeps crashing every time I try to open the app.. Is there a way to fix this problem? It is not my iPhone, because every other app works fine. Please contact me back ASAP I am worried about my wallet and need some help.
