they are delaying payments to sellers for sold items... I’ve been trying to get my money for a week now and no one is answering me or solving the problem

Я была так счастлива когда нашла этот сайт по продаже брендовых вещей. Хотела много что приобрести для себя и продать свои красивые брендовые вещи. Сделала несколько объявлений. И мой аккаунт был заблокирован без объяснения причин. Кое-как выяснила через службу поддержки что причина в том что я связана с другими аккаунтами оказывается. И тут поняла. Что пару вещей уже давно были выложены на другом сайте. Но это так несправедливо. Ведь можно было бы написать мне и предупредить. А тут сразу блокировка. И такая блокировка, что я не могу больше никак зарегистрироваться. Ни с другого адреса, ни с телефона. Это так ужасно. Я просто плачу и расстраиваюсь уже 2 неделю от несправедливости. Я создаю новый аккаунт и сразу получаю блок. Вы вообще адекватные там на этом сайте? Я даже ничего купить не могу потому что не могу зарегистрироваться. И все по факту из-за одной фотографии которая повторилась с другого сайта. И каким же образом мне зарегистрироваться снова? Что у вас за такие жесткие правила?

I uninstalled the app due to the poor quality of the photos. I was looking for luxury goods and expected high-quality visuals.

Even though the platform commissions are ridiculous, the app and the support are extremely poor. Deleted my account due to all nerves I’ve got after logging in issues. On the top of that, the platform’s commission policy makes it no sense to sell a good stuff for reasonable price, because after their commission the seller’s profit is peanuts.

THE WORST SUPPORT TEAM I’VE EVER MEET. Don’t want to help, just wasting sellers and buyers time. I got warehouse at the country, which don’t covered by their prepaid shipping, ok, I ship by my own, but sometimes it takes more that 14 days. So, when buyer and seller both asks to turn off the auto cancellation of the order, they anyway cancell it, so, buyer need to waste his time to buy again and I need to waste my time for absolutely useless communication! I got over 20.000 items for sale (Chanel, Hermes, MiuMiu, Prada, Celine and others), all of them 2000$+ price up to 200.000$ price. AND I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS PLATFORM ANYMORE! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Please add “Serch by picture” function, it's hard to find items on the platform, there is no precise search tool (shape, details, length etc) . Overall, I like the platform.

When I registered as a seller, they promise a hustle free experience. They say they are going to pick up the sold items from me and take care of all the logistics. I’ve spend a few weeks listing my items and after a sale, they have sent me a shipping label without any company name or phone number mentioned on it. I tried to contact their support but it took a while to reach them. Meanwhile, I visited a few couriers offices in my city but they have never heard about such labels. After a while, they finally let me know they don’t cover shipping from UAE since LAST MONTH (there was no any notification about this news on their website or in emails). They say I have to organize and pay for shipping myself (~200-300$). And I have to pay their service fee, too! Ridiculous!!!
