Never had a problem using the app and ordering from pharmacy or booking appointments until today while using the schedule I changed the time to later and now waiting 2 hrs over what was agreed, tried customer service and got nothing as well

I booked an appointment but the hospital had no knowledge of the app and the doctor wasn’t working that day

Basically the concept of this app is good. However, it does not achieve the purpose of making it. I made an appointment at 6 PM, received a confirmation from Vezeeta about the date and time. When I arrived at the reception, they said their system shows the appointment at 7:15 pm and I have to wait all this time till my turn.

I have tried to book multiple times with this app however when i confirmed the appointment the clinic/hospital will tell me that the scheduling is different from the app at least one week or even more I don't recommend this app its just to advertise only

The app is backed by a superb service, committed team, and a growing doctor's base. More filtering criteria would be a plus

انا حجزت عند دكتور من اسيوط ، والمريض من اسوان وبعد ما المريض سافر علي معاد الحجز بتاعه اكتشف ان الدكتور سافر !! يعني اكتر من ٨ ساعات سفر وبسهوله كدا الدكتور يسافر من غير اي تنبيه ، او حتي يقفل ايام الحجز الي هيسافر فيها من علي فيزيتا

Easiest way to order medications

Terrible app , no customer service , no delivery time for pharmacies and they dont even know the phatmacies inventiory , they charge the amount from your card then they tell you sorry this medicine isnt available !!! And for the dr appts all reviews and recommendations are paid by the doctors to even be on the list

ابلكيشن سيء جدا وعدم مصداقيه وعدم ثقه لأني بقوم بطلب الاوردر واختيار الدوا واختيار الصيدليه وموعد التوصيل وبعدها يتم إلغاء الاوردر لنقص الدوا طالما الدوا ناقص ليه بيتم قبول الطلب مني
