Do not use or buy this, no support...
So I’ve been using this for years, paid by the way. It appears even though I’m a pro member, logged in, updated iOS as well. The app hasn’t been syncing since 2017. Reached out to support which asks are you logged in, updated, paid?, and some other stupid questions. So since they didn’t believe me when already stating the obvious was good I sent screen shots of the app showing each status screen. Hmm suddenly after that they say you have to log out and back in. You’ll lose all the data. Yea you read this right, no way to locally back up before doing this. Guess what else happened? Suddenly none of my tickets get answered. Email doesn’t deliver anymore. No I didn’t go on a harassment run. I simply needed help resolving this. It’s 2019 and 2 years of data will be annihilated. So how about another about to do this job, Trip log? I can no longer endorse this app and my 4 star review void.
